Built circa 1888, our 77 seat theater is situated right in the heart of the Chicago Theatre scene, just 10 minutes from the loop with direct access to the Blue Line CTA. Fully air-conditioned, with wheelchair access, and equipped with a modern lighting control and sound system, this is the ideal location for your next work. Access to our theater gives you use of our spacious lobby, dressing rooms, ample classroom, and rehearsal space. Situated right in Chicago’s River West neighborhood, it’s the perfect venue for your next event, get-together, or production.

You can also rent our smaller rehearsal room in the basement of the Chicago Dramatists at a lower cost!
