Vanessa Bamber has a strong background in managing and producing for the arts. She was General Manager of the Illinois Shakespeare Festival in Normal, IL, Managing Director for Queens Theatre in the Park in Flushing, NY, and Managing Director for Dad's Garage Theatre Company in Atlanta, GA. She is a former professor of Arts Administration & Business Leadership at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta, GA and Founder and CEO/Executive Producer of Spellcast Entertainment LLC, a theatrical production company. Bamber earned a Master of Business Administration at Illinois State University and a Bachelor's in Theatre Performance from the University of Florida.

Linzhuo Zhang, Interim Office Manager
Linzhuo Zhang is a screenwriter and fiction writer. He earned a Bachelor of Laws in Beijing and a Master in Laws from Northwestern University, and is going to start a MFA, screenwriting program in the fall. His past six years of legal training and international background equip him with a unique perspectiveon social issues and dramatic tensions of humanity. He has completed a full-length screenplay entitled Amigo, focusing on Chinese illegal immigration, and has published several fictions in China.

Sofia Fey, Interim Stage Manager
Sofia Fey is a playwright, director, producer and poet. She recently co-wrote the short film A Corner for August, and directed the play Reconciliation 0001 by Steve Townshend which premiered at the PARAGON Festival at Otherworld Theatre. Sofia has a BFA in theatre and a minor in leadership studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Marsha Estell, The Tutterow Fellowship Program Director
Marsha Estell is a resident playwright alumna at Chicago Dramatists, 2010 3Arts/Ragdale Fellow, and recipient of the Illinois Arts Council Fellowship for Playwriting. Her plays include Heat, which had its world premiere at Chicago Dramatists and was nominated for a Joseph Jefferson Award for Outstanding New Work and many other award-winning work. She is a member of the Dramatists Guild, SAG/AFTRA and Actors Equity.
