Facility Rental

Chicago Dramatists' theatre and rehearsal spaces are available for rent. Our facilities are housed in a modern, intimate environment in an historic commercial building (circa 1888) in Chicago's River West neighborhood, immediately northwest of the Loop. 

Theatre and Rehearsal Spaces

The Chicago Dramatists theatre is available for rent to emerging theatre companies, with special priority given to companies producing world premieres and works by Chicago Dramatists’ playwrights. It is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned, and seats 77 comfortably. It also boasts a modern lighting control and sound system, a lobby, ample classroom space, dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, and is wheelchair accessible.
